2. Avoid high-pressure valves working in high-temperature media, as the temperature of the medium has a significant impact on the lifespan of the valve. The higher the medium temperature, the shorter the lifespan of the high-pressure valve, and vice versa. Therefore, adding a cooling device at the pressure relief valve can also significantly improve the service life of the valve. So in addition to this, we can also choose high-temperature and high-pressure valves, which can effectively solve this problem.


3. Under different working pressures, use corresponding sealing pressures, select appropriate sealing ratios, use torque wrenches for locking, or achieve automatic control of high-pressure valves, in order to avoid damage caused by the valve needle being squeezed against the valve seat without being washed or worn.


4. Regularly filter the high-pressure medium of the high-pressure valve and clean the filter, and add liquid to filter the application filter. When used frequently, the cycle should be appropriately shortened. Regularly clean the oil tank and replace it with new media, which can shorten the cleaning and oil change cycle according to the actual working conditions of the equipment.


5. When installing or replacing the high-pressure valve needle valve, it should be properly cleaned. To prevent debris from entering and accelerate the wear of the needle valve.
